Please read our Refund & Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing consultations, courses, mentorship programs, or spiritual guidance services.
1. Consultation Services
All numerology consultations, birth chart readings, spiritual guidance sessions, and mentorship bookings are non-refundable once the appointment is confirmed.
2. Course Purchases
Due to the digital nature of our courses and downloadable materials, all course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule their consultation at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
4. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payment, the extra amount will be refunded after verification.
5. Cancellation Policy
Devine Vision reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to unavoidable circumstances.
6. Exchange Policy
Services and digital products cannot be exchanged once purchased or delivered.
7. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, may take 5–10 business days to process depending on the payment provider.
